2001 Endurance Plans With GT3 RS |
|
Kremer Racing are setting out their plans to run a brand new Porsche GT3 RS next year. "The roots of Kremer Racing are in GT racing," says Erwin Kremer. "Our history and success are based on this. We are very glad about this wonderful car and we will link up with it to our balance of success."
Daytona, Sebring, Le Mans and the Nürburgring 24 Hours are listed on the current programme. “This corresponds to the wish of my long-standing Porsche clients. Just so sponsors, business partners and friends of the team are looking for a stronger identification with my racing activities.”
So it seems that the current state of sportscar / GT racing has persuaded another entrant not to participate in a full series. The major races are the draw. Media & Marketing Coordinator Günter Steinbach is looking forward to signing some top line drivers. "We are speaking about six possible driver seats for a number of really great races during the 2001 season. A challenge for all pilots and a promising platform for sponsors." |
