The winner that day was of course the Joest Le Mans winner, driven by Stefan Johansson and Pier-Luigi Martini.<BR> <BR> Henri is of course still a major factor in the development (now race success) of Courage chassis, his friend and compatriot having moved on to carbon tubs, Nissan engines, Judd-powered customer chassis and as of last year, Henri's Sodemo-powered version.<BR> <BR> Pescarolo Sport were due to be at Daytona this year, raced at Sebring, had a good run with one of their cars at Le Mans, 'won' at Estoril and then brought the C60 home first at Magny-Cours yesterday. Pesca's Le Mans target this year was to be best of the rest after the Audis. Now that his team are finding real sucess, perhaps in a year or two's time, his cars will be the favourites at Le Mans.
