One non arrival in the Czech Republic is the Atomic Kitten Corvette. The Konrad Saleen is also a non starter, although the Konrad 911 GT2 is present, which says something about priorities. That leaves GTS as virtually plain sailing for the RML Saleen, because the Brookspeed Viper hasn't appeared, although it was expected to.
The Lanesra Panoz is present, with Tomas Enge and Jaroslav Janis to drive as expected. This and the two 675s are the only Prototype challengers to the Johansson Audi.
The GT class is more respectable, with eight Porsches in the line up. Geoff Lister joins Terry Rymer in the #66 Harlow Porsche. They were partners at PK Sport last year. That should be an interesting Porsche scrap.
The Skoda Pick-ups were out getting some laps in this morning, while the Octavias are due out too. The Skoda Octavia is the neatest looking family saloon (or estate) available, in the Editor's humble opinion. This Skoda photograph doesn't really do it justice. |
