Penalty |
For Plato |
|
First Saturday morning news at Croft is that Jason Plato has had a 30 second time penalty added to his race time from the Feature Race at Snetterton. He therefore drops to third place (from second) and is now just one point ahead of Yvan Muller in the title chase.
The penalty relates to the incident with Phil Bennett when Bennett made what looked to be a genuine passing move at Riches and Plato refused to give way. "Phil bit off way more than he could chew, way more," was Plato's version of events.
Amendment: the two drivers are now level on 205 points.
Adiposement: David Addison's first amendment suggests that it is 206 - 205. We'll see. |
