Dick Barbour’s Reynards have proved their relaibility and form with four conscutive wins in the ALMS, beginning post-Le Mans at Portland.
Didier de Radigues (above) has been involved in all of the 675 wins. “Didier has been a strong leader both on and off the track. He is truly a deserving champion and we look forward to a great future together,” stated Dick Barbour. The team owner has already indicated that that future may be in the 900 class next year.
For now, Didier de Radigues is partnered with Milka Duno at Laguna Seca, and with Bruno Lambert unavailable, John Graham gets a 'new' partner - Scott Maxwell, making an all Canadian pair in #57. Graham will be hoping that this will see a return to the better fortune these two enjoyed at Le Mans last year: they won the class, in a Multimatic Lola. Multimatic is the parent company of Dynamics Suspensions, a technical partner of Dick Barbour Racing.
“We are making great progress with our Reynards and with the drivers championship settled, we look forward to focusing our efforts on another team championship,” stated team principal Dick Barbour. That's a reference to last year's title in GT.
