Aiming For ELMS |

European GT racers are typically announcing nothing at the moment, many of them waiting for details of the 2002 ELMS, which are expected to be available at Road Atlanta this week.
It's simpler for Adam and Len Simmons at Harlow Motorsport: they've already run (and won) in the ELMS, and Simmons the younger explains that, "we're aiming for the ELMS, with selected higher profile rounds of the Privilege GT Championship. The team has really gelled in the direction of the longer races - so we'll definitely start the year with one car at Daytona, probably two."
The Silverstone Night Race on Saturday was their last race for 2001, although Harlow would have been at Sepang, had the Le Mans Series Race of Champions taken place. "We were all set for Malaysia, with both cars. We had Magnus (Wallinder), Geoff (Lister), Terry (Rymer), Nigel (Albon) and myself down to drive - plus the Malaysian Prime Minister's son!"
