Marc Laffeas has discovered that Henri Pescarolo has taken on former Peugeot and Toyota designer André de Cortanze as "Technical Team Manager" for 2002.
His work will start with aerodynamic tests on the current Courage C60(s), and improvements will reportedly be shared with designer Yves Courage.
A long endurance test is scheduled at the beginning of 2002, to test revisions and to put miles on a revised Sodemo-developed Peugeot engine. Henri's goal will again be 'best of the rest' at Le Mans (perhaps a podium) and a full out effort at the FIA Sportscar Championship.
Peugeot engineers are expected to provide increasing support for the engine programme.
