Toca get tough |
Read the regs boys |
|
Toca have decided to take a firm line with the competing teams this year after they refused to let those who had used more than one engine at Brands Hatch have the penalty removed. The regulations clearly state that teams are only allowed 4 engines per car through out the season, leaving a few of the drivers in a bit of a predicament should they suffer any other engine problems in the future. James Thompson is already on his third engine, whilst Leslie, Bennett and Priaulx are onto their second.
The teams competing last year agreed to waive the ruling after the engine problems suffered by JSM in the Alfa.
