Corvette Racing Adds Drivers
Corvette Racing has brought in third drivers for both of its entries in the Road America 500. The team’s driver
lineups will now be the same as they were for the 12 Hours of Sebring and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Oliver Gavin will join Ron Fellows and Johnny O’Connell in the No 3 Corvette, the car that has not lost in four races this season. Franck Freon will co-drive with Andy Pilgrim and Kelly Collins in the No 4 Corvette.
Fellows is on a record-setting pace in 2002. He has won the GTS pole for all three ALMS events this season and has tied former Viper Team ORECA driver Olivier Beretta for the most GTS poles (10) in series history. |
