The Job team has won the GT class at Sebring in four of the five years that the ALMS has existed and the team, based in Tavares considers Sebring to be its home track. <BR> <BR> Alex Job Racing has a remarkable record in American Le Mans Series competition since the formation of the series in 1999. The most winning entrant in series history, Job has 25 wins in the 47 American Le Mans Series races that have been conducted, missing only one event during the past five years. Including the driving title won by Cort Wagner in 1999, Alex Job Racing has fielded the car for the ALMS GT class driving champion in three of the five ALMS seasons. The Job team won the GT class in eight of the nine ALMS races held in 2003. <BR> <BR> Bergmeister and Bernhard will be in their third season as co-drivers in the ALMS with Alex Job Racing in 2004. The German duo scored three race wins in 2003 and one in their first season together in 2002. <BR> <BR> Dumas, a veteran of various forms of racing, joined Bernhard and Bergmeister as a third driver for the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta last year and won. Lieb drove for the Job team at Sebring and the Petit Le Mans in 2002 and made five starts last year for the Orbit Racing team. He won the championship of the FIA N-GT Series in Europe in 2003. <BR> <BR> Sascha Maassen and Lucas Luhr, who drove for the Job team the past three seasons and were driving co-champions of the ALMS GT class in 2002 and 2003, will be back with the team as third drivers for the two long-distance events on the schedule (Sebring and the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta) but will not be defending their championship. The two Porsche factory drivers have been re-assigned by Porsche to race in Europe this season. <BR> <BR> "I have a lot of confidence in our four drivers to be able to keep the team at the top and further our excellent record in the series," said Job. "We will have Sascha and Lucas in the cars for Sebring and Petit Le Mans, giving us a good base of experience in each car for the longer races. <BR> <BR> "The new car is an improvement in several areas, nothing radical, just typical Porsche making something good even better," he said.
