Scarallo, who qualified in sixth in yesterday’s qualifying, will start fifth in today’s race, just ahead of his Baucom Motorsports’ teammate, John Baucom. Scarallo was elevated one position due to Paul Gentilozzi, who qualified first, being disqualified in post-qualifying technical inspection.<BR> <BR> “The team made changes to the car before this morning’s final practice round, but they didn’t turn out to be as beneficial as we had thought they would be,” said Scarallo. “We plan to return to the car’s earlier setup for this afternoon’s race.” <BR> <BR> The changes made by Scarallo’s new team, Baucom Motorsports, may not have been have worked out, but Scarallo’s affiliation with his new team certainly has helped the sophomore driver. <BR> <BR> “I have a top-five car and expect to finish well in today’s race,” said Scarallo<BR> </FONT></TD></TR> </TABLE><BR> </CENTER> <BR><CENTER><font size="1" color="#808080" face="Tahoma">Copyright ©2000-©2023 TotalMotorSport</font></CENTER> </td> </tr> </table> </body>
