Massimo Del Prete and Ing. Protti. <BR> <BR> Marc Duez was at the wheel, and using factory Michelins, he lapped in 1:31.7, a new GT track record, two tenths faster than Stephane Ortelli’s lap record in a 993 GT2. An excellent effort in cold conditions, which suggests that this car is going to show front running form next year... <BR> <BR> The test continues tomorrow. It is confirmed that Gabriele Rafanelli’s team will look after this car in 2001.<BR> <BR> The Ascari is running around again, Schiattarella, Lupberger and Simon at the wheel.
