22 Years After Their Debut |

The Dome Zero was a road going sports car launched in 1978. It was a low drag, wedge-shaped design, with a family resemblance to the Dome Zero RL, which made its first appearance at Le Mans in 1979. #12 in the photograph is the 1980 car (the RL80), driven by Chris Craft and Bob Evans to 12th place overall.
22 years after that first effort with the Zero RL, John Nielsen / Team Den Bla Avis / Team Goh are returning to Le Mans, with the Judd powered DOME S-101. Nielsen and Hiroki Katoh will be the regulars in the car at FIA SCC events.
Nielsen is the man who has brought everyone together to make this happen. He will be the Team Director, as well as the senior driver. “Mr. Goh and Karsten Ree have shown great faith and given enormous support to us in setting up this project.”
