The line-up currently totals 79 cars, but more are expected.
On the current list, some new drivers have been added. Larry Schumacher’s name appears against the #01 Bytzek Porsche, the one that was damaged by fire at the Test Days. Does this suggest that the car cannot be readied in time, and that Schumacher will run his 911 GT2 instead, or that he is an addition to the second of the Bytzek 911 GT1s?
Marc Duez is a good man to have in any sportscar event, but particularly a 24 hour one. He is an addition to the KTM / Red Bull Porsche line-up (#17).
Intersport are making their #37 Lola a family affair (photo, above) by partnering Jon and Clint Field with brother / uncle Joel – plus Carl Rosenblad. The Trenerys partner Butch Brickell in the team’s R&S.
One new entry is a Porsche Cup car at #64 (Ralf Kraus / Harry Kintzi / Kersten Jodexnis).
Cirtek, Chamberlain and Brown Motorsports have yet to have their known entries listed. Any more for any more?
