The car is currently competing in the Aston Martin Owners Club race meetings but is being updated and developed to GTO class specifications. This will involve a gearbox change as the current drive-train incorporates a sequential shifter. The front and rear panels will also require replacement as they were intended for the GT2 regulations - showing the length of time this car has been in development. The suspension also requires uprating as the current set-up involves rather compromised homologated parts.<BR> <BR> Work continues on a new 3.2 litre engine - the target being 500bhp.
