Nigel Greensall, long confirmed in one seat in a CSG Motorsport Lister Storm in the ISC, confirms that, "We have signed Geoff Lister to partner me in the one car, but have not yet concluded deals for the two remaining seats.
"Our test programme started at Snetterton prior to last week's ISC launch. We tested the car that Lister ran in the Spanish GT Series last year, running on the Dunlop tyres that are mandatory for the ISC. After Jamie C-W had completed the morning's running and then did a fast run at the begining of the afternoon, I got to have three runs. My last three laps were 1.06.0. This pleased Laurence as Jamie's best of the day was 1.06.8!
"Our next test is next Thursday with Geoff joining me at Donington Park."
Nigel Greensall is no stranger to very quick machinery (neither is Geoff Lister), so times such as this are not unexpected. They do set the standard that the rest will have to match. Success ballast for race two?
May 10 is the official ISC Test Day, and TotalMotorsport will have it covered. |
