And Le Mans Testing |

David Legangneux has spotted a 'hot' story in the French daily 'L'Equipe' today. They are reporting that Eric van de Poele will drive for Bentley and will replace James Weaver in the Wallace / Leitzinger car. van de Poele therefore drops out of the Barbour Reynard squad.
Bentley (two cars) & Oreca (three cars) have been at Magny-Cours for the start of three days of testing. Eric van de Poele was obviously present with Bentley. The British team has apparently been working on the damping of the Speed 8.
Both Chrysler and Bentley have commenced 24 hour tests with their cars.
The two DAMS Cadillac and one Pescarolo Sport Courage C60 Peugeot were scheduled to arrive at Magny-Cours today, but these two teams won't be making a 24 hour test.
Despite being expected at the French track, Audi aren't present at Magny-Cours. It seems that they don't want to test with other teams, preferring to work at exclusive tracks.
