Rob Beasley forwards details of the Mosler's progress at Lime Rock Park yesterday.
"We just took delevery of our Mosler MT900R at Lime Rock this weekend. Scott Deware and Jeff Beck did a great job with the car in the adverse weather. It would have finished better had not the oxygen sensor not failed. With the air entering through the air box, it created so much moisture, it caused the system to shut the engine down. It took five laps under caution to figure it out. The transmision problems are pretty well sorted out now too. Scott was very pleased with the performance of the car after they repaired the air box problem.
"We are leting Morrison / Mosler use the car for the next few races, and Scott will be back in it at the August Glen race. We are incorporating the racing effort for the national roll out of our dealership Internet System link. Look for us to campaign the entire 2002 Grand-am season with Scott behind the wheel at every event."
