Reliability Will Be Key To Constructors’ Standings

Lubricant
Ferrari will continue to use Shell Helix SL932 engine lubricant and Shell Spirax L6285 gearbox oil in Japan as it is a well proven package

With their current standing in the Constructors’ Championship, the Ferrari team will be relying heavily on its Shell lubricant package to give the best possible chance of a good points tally

Fuel
Shell and Ferrari will continue to use Shell V-Power UGL60 in Japan

As Japan is another fly-away race, logistics play a big part. With all long haul races, fuel must be shipped many weeks in advance of the team’s arrival. This means that Shell must always be thinking ahead to ensure it is aligned with team strategy.
